The private terrace is the defining space of the apartment: 70 m² furnished for open-air meals, quiet mornings and time together above the lake. It connects directly with the living area, keeping the view part of the day indoors and out.

The apartment includes a bright living area, an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom sleep six adults and children, with one additional infant in a cot.
Three bedrooms
Two rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds give couples, families and friends separate sleeping spaces.
Two bathrooms
Two bathrooms, both fitted with showers, make the home comfortable for families and groups.
Equipped kitchen
The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine for meals at home.
Everyday comfort
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and free private on-site parking are available to guests.
