Before arrival
Check-in and check-out are always handled in person with Massimo. Please share your expected arrival time in advance. Check-in is scheduled from 15:00 to 20:00 and check-out is between 10:00 and 11:00.
The route to the entrance and one ground-floor bedroom is step-free and well lit. The upper level uses an internal staircase; guests using a wheelchair should ask Massimo about door widths, bathrooms and their individual needs before travelling.
Occupancy
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six adults and children, plus one infant in a cot.
Parking
The very spacious private garage is free to use, beside the entrance and comfortably accommodates passenger cars. Massimo shares the final arrival directions before check-in.
Climate & connection
Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating are available. Massimo explains the connection and appliance controls during the in-person check-in.
Pets
Pets are welcome on request. Applicable conditions and any one-time supplement are confirmed through the Lodgify checkout.
Families
Children are welcome, and one infant can stay in a free cot in addition to the six-person occupancy.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; it is allowed only on the private terrace.
- Parties and events are not permitted, including bachelor or bachelorette parties.
- Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00.
- Pets are accepted on request; confirm the applicable conditions and supplement before booking.
- Maximum occupancy is six adults and children, plus one infant in the cot.
- Share your expected arrival time with Massimo before travelling.
Make yourselves at home
Kitchen and shared spaces
The equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Massimo explains the appliance controls during check-in and remains available if anything is unclear.
Please use the terrace and shared living spaces with consideration for the home and surrounding residences, especially during quiet hours.
A simple local routine
Waste and recycling
The separate-waste bins are on the terrace. For longer stays, Massimo points out the collection area a few metres below the house during check-in; follow his current instructions.
